The Role 

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, statement reconciliation, and payments.  You will work as part of the team to meet monthly reporting deadlines and are required to assist with a variety of other tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the administration team.  You will need to be an excellent communicator, be organised and work well under pressure. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Address discrepancies / inconsistencies and ensure follow up in a timely manner.
  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.
  • Processing month end journals and preparation of reconciliations.
  • Assist the team with general accounting & administrative functions.

Key attributes to be successful in securing this role

  • Experience working in an accounts team specifically accounts payable.
  • Experience delivering quality customer service and using initiative to manage difficult situations, responding promptly to stakeholder needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines and effectively manage priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently working as part of a team and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

You will need to have highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite for your application.  Training will be provided in the industry and task-specific software.  We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable with experience and the opportunity to work within an energetic team environment.

Business Equipment Technician Trainee

Due to business expansion, our business is looking for a Business Equipment Technician Trainee.

You will possess the following attributes:

  • A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm
  • Clear verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service ethic
  • Ability to think logically and laterally in order to work through problems to determine the cause and resolution
  • A strong desire to work as part of a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers
  • A current and Valid Driver's Licence.

We will provide you with training to:

  • Install, maintain, and repair a range of business equipment, including photocopiers, digital multi-functional copier, scanners, printers and software packages
  • Diagnose and fault find including network related issues.
  • Provide total customer satisfaction for our clientele

This role would suit someone who has a desire to understand the mechanical workings of business equipment and an aptitude in IT.  An IT certification would be considered desirable.
