The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, upbeat, ‘can do’ person to assist in the facilitation of work for our service technicians in the role of Work Coordinator Assistant.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing daily completed work
  • Assisting customers and responding to queries
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases
  • Ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Assist with scheduling daily work for Technicians
  • General office administration

Finance and Administration Officer

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, office allrounder, to join our team in the role of Finance & Administration Officer.  The key features of this role require you to be experienced and knowledgeable in both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.  You will also need to have excellent customer service skills, ensuring we provide a prompt response to enquiries, including the allocation of work to our technical team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, including reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Address discrepancies / inconsistencies and ensure follow up in a timely manner.
  • Processing sales folders including ordering equipment, and customer set up.
  • Provide excellent customer service as one of the first points of contact for our customers.
  • Assist to resolve queries and issues including allocating work to the technical team. 
  • Assist the team with general accounting & administrative functions.

Key attributes to be successful in securing this role

  • Experience delivering quality customer service and using initiative to manage difficult situations, responding promptly to stakeholder needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work within deadlines and effectively manage priorities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidently working as part of a team and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word.

Ideally, you will be an experienced office allrounder, with knowledge of all aspects required to work as part of a successful Finance & Administration team. 

We will provide training in our products, and in our industry and task-specific software.

Photocopier Technician

Due to business expansion, our business is looking for an experienced Photocopier Technician.

The Role

Key Responsibilities are:

  • Install, maintain and repair a range of office equipment, including photocopiers, digital multi-functional copier, scanners, printers and software packages
  • Diagnosis and fault finding of network-related issues.
  • Provide total customer satisfaction for our clientele
  • Excellent knowledge of current photocopier equipment

You will possess the following attributes:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in servicing of mono and colour digital printing products
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Good working knowledge of networks, PC's, software and operating systems, within a print/scan environment
  • Clear verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service ethic
  • A professional image with personal attributes of honesty, reliability, and enthusiasm
  • A current and Valid Driver's Licence.
  • A Restricted Electrical Licence is desirable.
