Sebastian Kadziela
Sebastian Kadziela is a client-focused Senior Account Manager with a diverse background in sales, operations, and business ownership. Now based in North Queensland, he brings over 10 years of commercial leadership experience across multiple industries, including construction, logistics, and marketing.
Before joining XRX Business Centre, Sebastian held leadership roles and successfully built and operated two businesses of his own. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University and applies his commercial insight to help clients improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve better business outcomes.
Sebastian works closely with small to large businesses, schools, and government organisations across Townsville and surrounding areas. His territory extends north to Cardwell, west to Charters Towers, south to Bowen and throughout the broader North Queensland region.
As your Senior Account Manager, he takes a hands-on approach to uncovering client needs and delivering tailored print, communications, and connectivity solutions; backed by the expert support of our technical and service teams.
